The following constitute the terms and conditions for usage of this site. Please read carefully before accepting.

Definitions

Please note "we" or "us" means to Vipbid.com.au / United Group Auctioneer Pty Ltd. and "you" means the entrant submitting a bid for a specific item in our catalogue or shown on our website

"Vipbid.com.au Auction" means a precise product/service that has been offered for auction where the auction format is as described in this Agreement;

"Bid" means an amount that is proposed for a specific product/ service of the Vipbid.com.au Auction;

"Bidder" means a person, firm or company who submits a bid proposal for products/services offered on Vipbid Auction Site where the bid proposal was not cancelled according to any terms in this Agreement;

"Max Bid Price or Ceiling level" means the maximum bid price amount that can be proposed for a specific product/service on Vipbid Auction. This amount is determined by Vipbid Auction, No bids will be accepted at the amount higher then the ceiling level (max bid price);

"Required Bids" on some auctions maximum number of bids will be accepted regardless of the End Date of the auction;

"End Date" means the date at which the Vipbid Auction will close, unless the auction requires the minimum number of bids prior to closing;

"Bid Increment" means the bid step amount that is permitted separating possible bid proposals; if your bid is not in the allowed increments and if that is the winning bid, your bid will be cancelled and you will not be declared as winner. For example if bids are in 20 cents increments but your bid is 2.21 cents this bid is not in 20-cent increments and will not be declared as winning bid.

"Unique Bid" or” A bid is unique when there hasn't been another bidder bidding the same amount. Auction.

"Bid Fee" means a non-refundable fee that is charged per bid proposal; "Selected Bidder" means the sole Bidder that is determined to have the right to purchase a specific product/service on Vipbid.com.au Auction as per this Agreement. The selected bidder will have the highest unique bid and is the first to secure the winning number.

1. Eligibility & Nature of bids

1.1 All information concerning bid levels is kept secret for the duration of the auction in question and will not be disclosed to any member of the public until the auction has closed.

1.2 We will make the results of the auction available from the results page of the website within 24 hours of the auction close. Members will be Auto emailed of the winning bid and advised that a new auction is about to start.

1.3 In order to participate in an auction you must be over 18 years old and be able to form a legally binding contract. If you do not qualify under these Terms and Conditions please do not participate in Vipbid Auction. We reserve the right to refuse your participation in if we find that you are participating in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

1.4 You must complete all sections of the entry form and clearly set out the bids that you wish to place, No entry fee is applicable as Members are fully paid up for all auctions. Except to regulate member, Vipbid charged the Admin Fee each time the regular are submit a bid. The Admin Fee is charged for each bid submitted on an auction. It is the cost of taking part in the auction. See join section

1.5 Bids not received within 1hr. after the end of a bidding cycle cannot be considered. If you enter multiple bids i.e. you are a platinum member and you submit two sets of 12 bids all bids will be void.

2. Fees and Proceeds of Sale

2.1 In consideration of entry, no entry fee is payable as set out in this web site. You must become member to place a bid.

2.2 The Membership fee shall be payable by Pay pal. Your submission of these details is authorisation to us to withdraw this money from your account.

2.3 If you are declared a winning bidder in respect of any specific item, we shall notify you via the contact details you have provided.

2.4 If after we have informed you that your bid has won and you confirm to us you must within 24 hours that you do wish to go ahead with making an order for specification etc. via ourselves.

2.5 If you introduce a third party to Vipbid.com.au you will get an introducer’s fee:

• You get $1.00 for introducing five activate new Regular members. (to activate means that it informs that it plays)
• You get $5.00 for introducing a new Silver member
• You get $8.00 for introducing a new Gold member.
• You get $12.00 for introducing new Platinum

The payments are credited to your account and then paid back to you via the same Pay Pal account with which you paid your own membership fee.

To avail of this fantastic offer simply find some other members to sign up and you could soon be earning an income.

3. Personal details

3.1 we take the security of your personal data seriously and will try to ensure that it is not disclosed to any third party without your consent.

3.2 By completing and submitting the Vipbid.com entry form, you consent to us using your personal data for the following purposes: (i) performance of these Terms and Conditions by us, our suppliers and any third party acting on our behalf; (ii) our own internal marketing and promotion.

4. Delivery or Shipping Charges

4.1 You must complete all sections of the entry form and clearly set out the bids that you wish to place, No entry fee is applicable as Members are fully paid up for all auctions.

4.2 Bids not received within 1hr. after the end of a bidding cycle cannot be considered. If you enter multiple bids i.e. you are a platinum member and you submit two sets of 15 bids all bids will be void.

4.3 We will notify the winner within 3 working days of the end of an auction cycle. We reserve the right to publicise successful bids. Winning bids will be available via the Vipbid website

4.4 We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to withdraw items from our brochure and/or to substitute alternative items and to increase the number of new members required in each Lot and/or amend the descriptions at any time.

4.5 Unless otherwise stated goods delivered within Australia and New Zealand is shipped free of charge and are insured by Vipbid for damage in transit.

In the event that delivery charges are applicable to a particular good or product being auctioned Vipbid will advertise the anticipated delivery charge on the auction page.

At the close of the auction Vipbid will within 3 working days of the declaration of the Successful Bidder notify the Successful Bidder of the applicable delivery charges including but not limited to overseas shipping costs, government taxes, excise duty and insurance charges.

4.6 Vipbid may not be the supplier of the products and or services. Delivery of the product and or service may be made directly from the suppliers and/or the producers and/or the importers and/or the service providers, subject to the conditions stated in this Agreement.

4.7. Installation of Products. Unless otherwise stated, installation costs are not included and Vipbid does not undertake to install any products sold

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1 We make no warranty concerning the quality, availability or fitness for purpose of any items listed or shown in our brochure.

5.2. Bid Back Guarantee

5.3 Vipbid warrants that the description of the goods and services offered for sale by way of auction on this site accurately reflect the condition, state and nature of the good or product.

5.4 In the event that the good or product supplied to the bidder does not comply with the description of the good or product auctioned by Vipbid, the bidder may within 30 days of receipt of the good or product return of the good or product supplied by Vipbid to Vipbid.

5.5 In the event that, or product is returned by the bidder to Vipbid in the condition, which it was supplied to the bidder, Vipbid will refund in full and without deduction the bid amount.

5.6 In no event shall we be liable for any indirect losses incurred or suffered by you arising directly or indirectly from your participation in Vipbid.com howsoever arising (including negligence).

6. Disclaimer

6.1 We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to reject any entry forms and accept no liability in that regard.

6.2 Nothing in this agreement will be construed as excluding or restricting (whether directly or indirectly) our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to the foregoing, our liability to you shall be limited to the value of the amount of entry fee and purchase price paid to us whether caused by caused by breach of contract or tort, including negligence or otherwise.

6.3 We reserve the right to review and revise our terms and conditions from time to time without giving you prior notice and by participating in the auction subsequent to any revision of our terms and conditions; you agree to be bound by such changes.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate this contract in the event that the other party commits a material breach of these Terms and Conditions, and does not rectify within 30 days of receipt of a written notice. If you decide to cease your membership no refund will be given.

8. General terms

8.1 this agreement is not intended to create any partnership, agency or joint venture.

8.2 These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between us.

8.3 Any notices that are require to be given to us shall be addressed to our registered office, or to you at the address given on the entry form.

8.4 In the event of any dispute, both parties shall agree to refer the matter to an independent expert who shall act as mediator.

Privacy Policy

Vipbid.com.au is very protective of your privacy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to a third party for marketing purposes without your prior approval.

We share only essential information with other users of Vipvid.com.au to facilitate completion of transactions or for questions regarding an item.

We would provide information without your authorization only if required to do so by legal officials upon presentation of required legal documentation.

We give you the option to change your personal information so that we are kept up-to-date. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy. We use safe technology to insure your privacy.
